Duplicate share certificates
If your share certificate is lost, damaged, or mutilated, we assist with the duplicate-issuance process, required declarations, and applicable fees.
Transposition of holdings
Rearrange holdings among your own accounts — single-to-single, single-to-joint, joint-to-single, or joint-to-joint. We process the request without changing beneficial ownership and update your folio records accordingly.
Register, modify or cancel nomination
Nomination ensures your securities transfer smoothly to a chosen person in the event of death. We process registration, modification, and cancellation requests with the required forms and ID proofs. SEBI strongly recommends every folio have an active nomination.
Rematerialization (Remat)
Convert your electronic (demat) holdings back into physical share certificates if required. We coordinate the remat request with your depository participant (DP) and the issuer, and issue the physical certificates once approved.
Consolidate folios · split / subdivide face value
If you hold the same security under multiple folio numbers, we consolidate them into one for easier tracking. We also process split and subdivision of face value (e.g. ₹10 to ₹1) as approved by the issuer, and update your records accordingly.
Update KYC, bank mandate & PAN
Keep your folio records current. We process address change, name change (with supporting documents), bank-mandate registration / updates for ECS dividend credit, PAN linking, and other KYC updates. Required for every folio under SEBI’s ongoing KYC norms.

Visit our Surat office during working hours, Mon–Sat 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Bring originals for verification with self-attested copies.
