How can I update my address?
Submit a duly filled address-change form with self-attested address proof and PAN copy. You can submit this at our office or send it by post. See the Downloads page for the form.
How do I register nomination?
Fill the nomination form, attach required documents (PAN, ID proof, nominee details), and submit it to us. We will update your nomination records.
How do I transfer shares?

What is transmission?
Transmission is the transfer of securities due to death, incapacity, or legal succession. It requires additional documents like death certificate and succession proof.
How do I convert physical shares to demat?
Submit a demat request through your DP along with the required forms. We will verify and reconcile the demat request.
What is the typical processing time?
Simple requests: 7–10 working days. Transfer / transposition: 10–15 working days. Transmission: 15–20 working days. Timelines may vary based on document completeness and regulatory requirements.
How can a company engage Regnum as RTA / STA?
Companies can contact us via email or phone to discuss requirements. We will share an engagement letter, scope, and SLAs.
What reports can you generate for issuers?
We can generate list of members, folio-wise reports, DP-wise reports, transaction reports, corporate-action reports, dividend / interest reports, and customised reports.
Do you support corporate actions?
Yes. We support bonus issues, rights issues, splits, consolidations, buybacks, dividend processing, and interest payments.
How do I lodge a complaint?
